Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 1, 2026. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the design, development, and hosting services provided by Classic Reboot ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a preview, signing a proposal, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Classic Reboot to perform work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, mockups, source code, layouts, graphics, and creative deliverables produced by Classic Reboot remain the sole and exclusive property of Classic Reboot until the Client has paid the total contracted amount in full, including any setup fees and outstanding hosting invoices.
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered website assets is transferred to the Client, excluding any third-party components, licensed fonts, stock imagery, or proprietary internal tools, templates, and frameworks that Classic Reboot reuses across projects. Classic Reboot retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
3. Payment Terms — Pay After Final Approval
Classic Reboot operates on a Pay-After-Final-Approval model. No setup fee is due until the Client has reviewed and formally approved the completed website design in writing (email confirmation is sufficient).
- The $500 setup fee is invoiced immediately upon final approval and is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date.
- The $99/month hosting and maintenance fee begins on the date the site is published live to the Client's domain and is billed monthly in advance.
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Accounts more than thirty (30) days past due may result in temporary suspension of the hosted site until the balance is settled.
- Hosting may be canceled by the Client at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once the site has gone live.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Classic Reboot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if Classic Reboot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall Classic Reboot's aggregate liability to the Client for any and all claims exceed the total amount paid by the Client to Classic Reboot in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Classic Reboot makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, and disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
